All matches of the 10th round of the 2026 Chinese Super League season concluded on May 6. Foreign forward Cryzan netted a hat-trick to power Shandong Taishan to a 4-1 home victory over Shanghai Shenhua, while Chengdu Rongcheng snatched a 1-0 stoppage-time win against Liaoning Tieren to keep their unbeaten streak alive and remain atop the standings.

Shandong Taishan shrugged off their recent struggles in the “Qilu Derby” with a dominant performance. The attacking trio of Cryzan, Kazai, and Zeca wreaked havoc on Shenhua’s defense. Shanghai Shenhua, hampered by foreign player injuries, saw Teixeira forced off in the first half. Mila Tang pulled one back with a header in the second half, but it was too little too late. The defeat marked Shenhua’s second consecutive league loss and ended a five-match winless run against the team from Jinan.

Substitute Felipe scored a spectacular overhead kick deep into stoppage time, sealing a seventh straight league victory for the team from Sichuan. In other action, Beijing Guoan hosted Dalian Yingbo. After Cao Yongjing was sent off for a second yellow card just before halftime, Guoan played the entire second half with ten men. Qingdao Hainiu defeated Wuhan Three Towns 3-1 away, Shanghai Port drew 1-1 with Shenzhen New Peng City at home, and Yunnan Yukun fell 2-1 to Zhejiang FC at home.

In the standings, Chengdu Rongcheng leads, followed by Chongqing Tongliang Long and Dalian Yingbo. Wuhan Three Towns and Tianjin Jinmen Tiger occupy the bottom two spots.
